What the book is about
Drawing on his experience leading the Uganda Securities Exchange and founding ALTX East Africa, Joseph makes the case that Africa's capital markets grow fastest not through heavier-handed regulation, but by giving market mechanisms (price discovery, competition, direct investor access) the room to do their work.
